In the high season (June-September) it's preferable to make a reservation for your Pantanal tour. As all the Pantanal Trackers tours are custom made, please send us your message with the following information:
 

• Period (date of rrival and departure)

• How many people

• Activities you prefer

• Special interests (see also jaguar tracking)

• Accomodation preferences (camping/lodging)
   

After you've sent Julinho your tour wishes, you will receive a customized tour offer.

Included in the tour

Pantanal Trackers offers an all-inclusive tour. The following is included:

 

Transfer in/out

Your tours starts at Cuiabá airport/bus station where we pick you up. If you arrive in Cuiabá before 5:00PM, we go straight to Pantanal. In case you arrive in the evening, you'll stay over night in town. You can choose the option of a home stay with a local family. Let us know and we make the reservation. We also bring you back to the airport or bus station to catch your next flight/trip.
 

Tour guide assistance

Your tour guide Julinho will accompany you during your whole stay in the Pantanal.
 

Accommodation and all meals in the Pantanal

There are different types of Fazendas to stay in the Northern Pantanal. They vary in location, luxury, activity possibilities, and also in price. During our tours we'll try to stay at different places as every location has its own specialty. 

We prefer to stay on typical Pantanal lodges that provide comfort and cleanness, mainly where the landscape is preserved. According to your interest we can stay in lodges that provide air conditioned rooms and a swimming pool, but we also give the option to sleep overnight in hammocks on a traditional farm or to go camping.

All accomodations serve 3 meals a day. Drinks are not included.

Accommodation in Cuiabá

If you have to stay in Cuiabá before your Pantanal Trackers tour starts, you have to arrange your own sleeping accomodation. Ofcourse we can make the reservation for you too. The hotel category is up to you. You can also choose the option of a home stay with a local family. Let us know and we make the reservations.
 

Drinks in the Pantanal

At the regular accomodations in the Pantanal all kinds of cold and hot drinks can be bought for a reasonable price. If you decide to go camping we will bring fresh water which is included in the price. We always have some fresh water for drinking on the road. 
 

Travel insurance
